About us
MLFPM was formed in 2018 primarily as a retail, hospitality and commercial construction Project Management company, to a small number of key clients. Since that time, it has expanded year on year to the present.
We specialise Project and Cost Management taking on all aspects of a project from initial acquisition and building survey to maintenance. We have an in-house Cost Manager and our own joinery design team, giving us the opportunity to offer a one stop shop to many of our clients.
We have built long-standing relationships with specialist companies who assist with interior design, structural, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler, refrigeration and flooring.
We cover the whole of the UK and Ireland from our offices in Sheffield.
